Gift Card T&C

Welcome to the Gift Card Terms & Conditions page of TodaysFashion.store. By purchasing or using a TodaysFashion Gift Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Gift Card Issuance & Validity

• TodaysFashion Gift Cards are available for purchase only through our official website www.TodaysFashion.store.

• Gift cards are issued in electronic format (eGift Cards) and sent via email to the recipient’s provided email address.

• Each gift card contains a unique code that must be entered at checkout to redeem the balance.

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

• Unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

2. Redemption Policy

• Gift cards can be redeemed only on TodaysFashion.store and are not valid on third-party websites or retail stores.

• The value of the gift card will be deducted from the total cart value, including taxes and shipping charges (if any).

• If the order value exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid through other accepted payment methods.

• Multiple gift cards can be used in one transaction.

3. Usage Restrictions

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

• They are non-refundable, non-reloadable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• TodaysFashion reserves the right to block or cancel a gift card if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

• Gift cards are for personal use only and cannot be resold.

4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

• TodaysFashion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or deleted gift cards once issued.

• We advise recipients to store the gift card code securely and not share it with others.

• In case of loss, please contact our support team immediately. We may help you retrieve the remaining balance if the card has not been redeemed and the identity of the original purchaser can be verified.

5. Refund & Cancellation

• Once issued, gift cards cannot be canceled or refunded, whether used or unused.

• Orders paid fully or partially with a gift card are not eligible for cash refunds.

• In case of returns or cancellations of products purchased using a gift card, the refund amount will be credited back to the gift card (or issued as a new gift card).

6. Modification of Terms

• TodaysFashion reserves the right to update or change the gift card terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms periodically on our website.
