Welcome to the TodaysFashion Loyalty Program! By enrolling in and participating in our loyalty program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to understand how the program works, how you can earn and redeem points, and other important details.

1. Program Eligibility

• The loyalty program is open to all registered users of TodaysFashion.store.

• Enrollment is automatic when you create an account on our website.

• Only one loyalty account is allowed per individual. Multiple accounts may lead to disqualification.

2. Earning Loyalty Points

You can earn points through the following activities:

• 🛒 Purchases: Earn points for every successful purchase. For example, ₹100 spent = 1 point (may vary during promotions).

• 🎂 Birthday Bonus: Get bonus points on your birthday (ensure your birthdate is added in your profile).

• 💬 Referrals: Earn points by referring friends who make a purchase using your referral link.

• ✍️ Product Reviews: Earn points for writing verified product reviews.

Note:

• Points are credited only after order confirmation or product delivery.

• Returned or canceled orders will result in points being deducted.

• Points earning criteria may change during special promotions or campaigns.

3. Redeeming Loyalty Points

• Points can be redeemed at checkout for discounts on eligible purchases.

• 1 point = ₹1 (conversion rate may vary).

• You must be logged in to your account to redeem points.

• A minimum point balance may be required to start redeeming (e.g., 50 points).

• Loyalty points cannot be used to pay for taxes, shipping charges, or gift cards.

4. Point Expiry

• Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

• Expired points cannot be reinstated or extended.

5. Non-Transferable

• Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Points cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with another user’s balance.

6. Fraudulent Activity

• TodaysFashion reserves the right to monitor all accounts for suspicious or fraudulent activity.

• If any misuse is detected (fake reviews, fake referrals, etc.), we may cancel points, suspend accounts, or disqualify users from the program.

7. Modification & Termination

• TodaysFashion reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the loyalty program or its terms at any time without prior notice.

• Any changes will be updated on this page. Continued participation after updates means you accept the revised terms.
