At TodaysFashion.store, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, transparent, and satisfying — from the moment you place your order to the time it arrives at your doorstep, and even beyond. Whether you want to know about order tracking or wish to return a product, this page answers all your questions.
  • Browse & Select: Explore our latest fashion collections and select the products you love.

  • Choose Options: Pick your size, color, and quantity.

  • Add to Cart: Click “Add to Cart” and continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

  • Checkout: Fill in your shipping details and choose your preferred payment method.

  • Confirmation: After successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days based on your location.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped, so you can follow its journey.

Once your order is shipped:

  • You’ll get a tracking ID via SMS/email.

  • Click the link or log into your account > My Orders > Track Shipment.

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out — and that’s okay. You can easily return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Conditions:

 

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Tags and labels must be intact.

  • Return request must be placed within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Go to Returns Center or login to your account.

  • Select the order and click on Return/Exchange.

  • Choose a reason and upload images if required.

  • Our team will review the request and arrange a pickup within 2–4 business days.

  • Once the product is received and verified, your refund or exchange will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your choice.

  • COD orders will be refunded to your bank account after verification.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect after product approval.

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • To cancel, go to My Orders > Cancel, or contact our support team.
