Add to Cart: Click “Add to Cart” and continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Checkout: Fill in your shipping details and choose your preferred payment method.

Confirmation: After successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days based on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped, so you can follow its journey.
Once your order is shipped:

You’ll get a tracking ID via SMS/email.

Click the link or log into your account > My Orders > Track Shipment.
If you face any issues, feel free to contact our customer support.
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out — and that’s okay. You can easily return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
Eligible Return Conditions:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Tags and labels must be intact.

Return request must be placed within 7 days of receiving the product.

Go to Returns Center or login to your account.

Select the order and click on Return/Exchange.

Choose a reason and upload images if required.

Our team will review the request and arrange a pickup within 2–4 business days.

Once the product is received and verified, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your choice.

COD orders will be refunded to your bank account after verification.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect after product approval.

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
